Ep.1 Jack Holtom x Curado

From specialist Curado & Vermut bars in Cardiff Jack talks to Harry Crowther about their exclusive range of 100+ wines from Spain with a strong focus on Sherry & Vermut. If you find yourself in Cardiff, make sure you swing by for a glass or two & some tapas!

Ep. 2 Ben Porter x Harbour House

Harry talks to Ben Porter from Birstol’s Harbour House about how they are looking to phase out Champagne in favour of an all British, more local wine list. Ben talks about his approach to bringing in quirky wines at the entry point of the wine list & his approach to pushing his team to sell a variety of wine from the menu. If you find yourself in Bristol, this is a MUST visit.

Ep.3 Heath Ball x Red Lion & Sun

Harry is joined by Heath Ball from the one and only The Red Lion & Sun in North London’s Highgate. Heath is a champion of awesome wine within the pub sector. As a ‘pub’ he still offers customers the usual suspects on the wine list. However if you want to go on an adventure & drink some crazy wine, then Heath is your man!

Ep.4 Stuart Hudson x Bar Liber

Well this was fun! Stuart has launched Bar Liber just off the Highbury & Islington roundabout in North London. Harry speaks to Stuart about their 80+ by-the-glass wine list, the impressive wine inspired cocktail menu & the £100 a cup punch made by the gods!

Ep. 5 Milos Danihelka x L’Fleur (Prague)

This man has been a bit of an inspiration to me since I started visiting Prague regularly in 2019. Milos is almost single-handedly responsible for introducing grower Champagne to the Czech Republic. He showcases his industry leading sparkling wine list at the impressive L’Fleur, Prague, which I must say, is the best Champagne wine list I have ever seen. Champagne and cocktails? Look no further than this institution next time you visit the Czech Republic.
